Gatecraft™ industrial-grade Ethernet switches enable you to expand your industrial networks fast and cost-effectively. The ruggedized design assures high reliability and stability in harsh environments.

They offer a 12-48VDC redundant power input design, and is secured with a double protection mechanism; Power Polarity Reverse Protect and an Overload Current Resettable Fuse. The former tolerates reverse power wiring. The latter secures the system from overload currents; when the power supply returns to normal, the switch will automatically get back to work. The switches are packaged in a compact metal housing with IP30 rating to protect against dusty industrial environments. Both DIN-rail and panel mount options are available.

Each port has 2 LED's which show the link status transmission speed and collision status. It also provides a relay output for an event alarm. In the event of a power failure, the built-in LED will activate the alarm to notify administrators. Engineers can simply verify the the hardware status by checking the LED, making troubleshooting easy and quick.

For installations utilizing fiber optics, noise protection and longer distances can be supported with the GCL-E2525M/E2526M models. Use them as a robust bridge between enterprise fiber-optic backbones and industrial Ethernet-enabled devices, or for long-distance (up to 2km) transmission runs.
